Guy Mika

Guy Mika provides custom project support and contributes to Candid’s research agenda. He worked with his campus labor solidarity group while attending Brandeis University, then researched lobbying laws as a fellow at Common Cause New York after graduation. Since joining Candid in January 2020, Guy has provided ongoing support for the Investing in Native Communities web portal, adding news stories and other relevant resources. He has also coded and reviewed grants for the Measuring the State of Disaster Philanthropy custom map and assisted with the coronavirus page.

Guy has a B.A. in anthropology and an M.A. in comparative humanities. In his free time, he likes to cook and take long walks.
