Megan Campbell

Megan Campbell is Feedback Labs’ senior director of programs & strategy. She helps Feedback Labs and its partners make feedback the norm by strengthening the rewards for nonprofits and funders that listen well. She helps the Irritants for Change and the Feedback Incentive Learning Group collaborate to build structures that celebrate and support social sector organizations as they improve how they listen to the people at the heart of their work. Megan is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, and cheers with futility for the Toronto Blue Jays.
