As the VP of Growth, Tracy is responsible for the distribution and adoption of Candid’s products and services. Given Candid’s dual purpose as a nonprofit social enterprise, this involves a thoughtful balance between delivering on revenue targets through sales, business development, and product marketing while ensuring historically under-resourced organizations are also able to access Candid’s products and services to enable their growth. She leads the Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Equitable Access teams to deliver on this mission.
Tracy has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management. She has held product roles at various technology companies, including Yodle (now Web.com), Rovi (now Tivo.com) and Muze, where she has focused on products and services for small businesses, e-commerce clients, and Fortune 500 digital media and retail companies. Prior to that, she led various sales and marketing teams at Rounder Records, where she managed the transition to a digital economy, launching the label’s digital sales channels including Amazon and Apple.
Tracy holds a B.A. in economics from Smith College and has been a guest lecturer at Rutgers University for undergraduate product management.
